Three months ago, I had a 250GB SSD with the operating system installed. When I ran out of space, I decided to buy an M.2 drive. I didn't want to lose my files, so I found programs that could migrate the data. I migrated the data from my 250GB SSD to the M.2 drive, and at first, everything seemed fine. I could use Windows without any issues.
However, after a while, I started getting a Windows message: "Drive errors (Repair your PC)."
Everything else works perfectly, but I can’t open any native Windows applications. For example: Photos, Calculator, Microsoft Store, or even apps like Xbox when installed from the browser.
I would like to preserve all my files and applications. Is there any viable solution that doesn’t involve formatting the drive?
