Just posting as it's suggested, lol.
I ran across a lovely issue with a system at work, where I do IT stuff, and as anyone in customer service may know--users are just the best to work with! /s
Googling about, I somehow managed to run across a thread (on another forum :x) where x BlueRobot came out of nowhere with juicy and super helpful information. After seeing that, I googled the specific error again and found more info on the forums here. Turns out 'x BlueRobot' is here too, so I joined.
Since I've been having fun doing computer stuff for a good 20 years, one thing I'm hoping we can all agree with is "thank you, problem solved" is never the right response to when you post about an issue. Share what you did to fix it! When I find a strange problem and find nothing online to help, resulting in hyper-focusing on this issue for a while, I would love to share what I found so it might help others. More so than the typical "dism something something /restorehealth and sfc scannow and if that doesn't work just reinstall lol" like you find in most search results.
...some people take these issues and go above and beyond, and that's the kind of help I like to see (and get, obviously).
oops almost forgot to mention!
Thanks! I now have a plan. For tomorrow. If I can figure out what to do with permissions. Hm.
