I have seen that Microsoft is offering Windows 10 for free to the users of Windows 7. I do have two computers and both of them have, as an operating system, Windows 7 Professional. One of them has, between a series of numbers an -OEM_ instead of a number. On the other one, all are numbers. The offer for free of Windows 10 operating system came only, as a promotion, on the one that has not an OEM on its Product ID. Why is this? Is there any particular reason of why one has a promotional offer and not the other one?
