The contents of the readme.txt file included with the BIOS zip -
It's been 4 or 5 years since I've had to update a BIOS, but according to the instructions, download and extract the zip file; click on C5V01202.exe to update the BIOS.
Be sure to close all apps and to close all open Windows before proceeding.
