Here's the screenshot I see when I try to print from my iPhone.

The printer that I want to print to is a Kyocera. Yes, it is on the same wireless network. Is the fact that it has a static IP address the reason that my phone doesn't see it?

Assuming both your phone and printer software is up to date, did this network printer ever show on this phone? How many printers are on the network?

No, this printer has never shown up on my phone. In fact I don't print from my phone. I am attempting it so that I can help a coworker who has the same issue. There are only two printers on the network, the Kyocera and the Brother. Maybe there's an HP OfficeJet Pro somewhere, but I don't know about it. I think that's one that used to be connected.

Look in your computer for what printers are installed and if they're networked. You'll have to have your friend do the same thing.

All of us including my coworker have the Kyocera installed. In fact it is the default printer for all employees. But I can't help but wonder if the fact that it has a static IP address has something to do with it.

For what it's worth, I don't have it set to share.

But that shouldn't matter, should it?

If the whole company has this one shared computer than the statement above says it all. The sharing options and the unchecked box would appear to offer the solution. If not then a call to Kyocera is in order. Tel: 973-808-8444

So in your CP/Printers etc. you see something like this:

If the Kyocera is there, will making it the default solve the problem? If it isn't there, it's not installed. If it is there and definitely networked, then when trying to print and when asked for your printer choice if it's not the default, can you select it?
Finally, go here if it's still not working:
How to Find the Printer on Your Network in Windows 11 and scroll down to " How to Fix It When You Can't Find a Network Printer "
EDIT: Forgot to mention, it's easier if you installed AirPrint but not impossible.

relztrah: If you set up the company's network then you must review exactly what was done including the static IP mentioned in Post #1. If an outside consultant did the job, get in touch with them.

Are you positive it is set as the default? I ask because there is no green check/tick appearing at the Kyocera indicating it is the default.
Right click it and select Set as default and see if a green check/tick appears under the printer.

I set it as default after logging in as Admin. I'll see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the tip.

I'm going to mark this thread SOLVED although it's not really solved. It isn't an urgent situation and if in fact my coworker absolutely needs to print something from her phone, she can print it to the Brother in my office which shows up on my phone and is on the same network. I have spent as much time with this as I am willing to spend. Apparently all the settings are correct on the Kyocera and the Plume app shows that it is on the network.
