Since you no longer use One Drive, disable it with SysInternals AutoRuns from Microsoft.

Unzip autoruns.exe (no installation required - it is a stand alone EXE); extract to Documents.
RIGHT-click on autoruns.exe, "Run as Administrator"
Allow 30-60 secs for autoruns to scan the registry
Click on 1st column "Everything"
Un-check the box to the left for anything related to One Drive.
