Very true. My primary doctor was one of the first to get COVID-19 in the first week of March 2020 (1.5 years ago) and he swears that he needs no vaccine. I see him 4x/year for bloodwork and he has never worn a mask. I was vaccinated in early June 2-21 and this doctor became the very first doctor that I saw and spent two hours with - with neither of us wearing masks. My appointment with him started around 9:30 pm (which is typical and a little early, actually) and as stated, lasted for ~2 hours.

That is awesome and something that I need to do as well. I am on Type II diabetic Rx; pre-COVID, my A1C level was down to 5.8 (type II diabetic range starts @ 6.0 as you probably know). Due to my lung condition, any type of exercise is verboten and impossible. I unfortunately have gained weight during the pandemic; last A1C reading two weeks ago was up to 7.0 ! Not good at all.:(

Do you know what your A1C is?
