I checked your XPERF trace and I see that ISRs on your computer are quite high, reaching 2.5% of duration at some points, while 0.5% is something to be considered as normal:

As you can see in the screenshot above, we have multiple drivers exceeding the threshold.


For starters, could you please download and install the latest PROWinx64 driver and set High Performance plan in Windows? Once done, if the issue persists, please generate a new trace, as well as provide Sysnative jcgriff2 BSOD File Collection app, to have more information about your system.
