[SOLVED] KB5046616 Error code: (0x8007000d) Server 2022

Hi, I am having a problem installing the latest Cumulative Update (KB5046616) on a Server 2022 Install. It is returning the Error Code : (0x8007000d).

I have ran sfc and DISM with no scccess. Log files attached.
