KB5046616 fails to install on Windows 2022 VM - error code 0x800f081f

[BG1948]

Hi,
I am currently trying to install latest update KB5046616 on a Windows 2022 virtual machine.
Installation goes from 20% to 44% to 100% before failing with error code 0x800f081f.
Have tried installing from standalone file with no success.
The same cumulative updates have installed with no problem on another VM + Hyperhost.
I've run through the standard diagnostics with no success (e.g. DISM commands, Scannow, Windows Update Troubleshooter, etc).

Had similar issues back in January & August with earlier updates which you were able to solve, hopefully this one is also solvable.
