Unfortunately the dxgkrnl.sys is still spiking from time to time which causes videos to get choppy at higher resolutions (1440p and 4k), i will install the newest AMD drivers again.
But the problems i am experiencing now are so minute in comparison to those before starting this thread that i am quite happy with how my PC works.
