Glad you're mostly happy. Keep trying different drivers for the display card if you want to fix the latency issues with that. You could try uninstalling the AMD display drivers and the RadeonSettings software and seeing if Windows 10 installs something more stable from the Microsoft drivers repository after uninstalling and rebooting.
