Peter, as I understand from your SFCFix.zip, now I need to get iexplore.exe form folder C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-i..etexplorer-optional_31bf3856ad364e35_11.2.9600.19002_none_7b373ce5c2b4b4b7 and make archive SFCFix.zip similar to yours, but with amd64_microsoft-windows-i..etexplorer-optional_31bf3856ad364e35_11.2.9600.19002_none_7b373ce5c2b4b4b7\iexplore.exe file and run SFCFix.exe with that SFCFix.zip by drag-n-drop.

But now is the main question for me is where to get that iexplore.exe file inside amd64_microsoft-windows-i..etexplorer-optional_31bf3856ad364e35_11.2.9600.19002_none_7b373ce5c2b4b4b7 folder
I have a lot of healthy WS2008R2 servers, and I did search iexplore.exe in c:\Windows\winsxs\ on one of that healthy server with result:
47515

As you can see, there is a lot of copies of different versions of file iexplore.exe, but no amd64_microsoft-windows-i..etexplorer-optional_31bf3856ad364e35_11.2.9600.19002_none_7b373ce5c2b4b4b7 folder.
So where I can get right iexplore.exe file, and where did you got MsSpellCheckingFacility.exe file?

Absolutely not. It was unclear to us that these were from different machines as they look very similar. To avoid any confusion for the helpers and yourself I have renamed the threads.

Please do not post multiple replies. Follow the given instructions only and then wait for a reply.

Hey @ankar84 - with the multiple machines, what are you currently using these for? Are they used for a business you're part of, or come into a PC repair shop?

Any ideas why they'd all end up with Windows Update issues at once? e.g. shared software causing issues. It seems weird to get that many failures all at once.

Ok, I understand that, but update proccess is hurries me.

Hello, Will!
These servers are different purpuse old (legacy) servers, some Certification Authority, some for 3-rd party software (for information security and DLP)
Are they used for a business you're part of, or come into a PC repair shop?
Yes, these servers are used in my company.

Yes, I have idea why it happend.
A lot of our servers did not installed updates on a regular basis. May 2019 RDP vulnerability forced administrators of that serves to install all updates. Some serves got 200 or so updates. And now I have about 10 WS2008R2 with installation problems (3 of them very similar - msspellcheckingfacility.exe not found error) and other unique.
I'm system administrator responsible for WSUS and windows update process.
I have some technics to fix client WU issues (WU reset), but I don't know how to fix difficult CBS problems, so I'm here, hope you help me with that.

Remove Update Manually
  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt.
  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.
    wusa /uninstall /KB:4103713
  4. Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors.

Hi, Peter!
KB4103713 is a Preview of Monthly Rollup.
We never install any preview updates according to advices of Woody Leonard, so
Code:

The update KB4103713 is not installed on this computer.

OK

Please do following:

FRST Registry Search
  1. Click your Start button and choose Control Panel.
  2. In the upper right corner ensure the View by: is set to Category.
  3. Select the Programs group.
  4. Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Server Manager dialog.
    Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps. You can minimize it if you wish but keep it open.
  5. Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
    64-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
  6. Right-click on the file FRST64.exe and choose Run as administrator.
  7. Copy and paste KB4103713 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
  8. When the scan is complete, a message will display that 'SearchReg.txt' is saved in the same folder FRST was started from. Notepad will open this file also. Close Notepad and attach the file 'SearchReg.txt' to your next reply.
  9. You may close any remaining open windows now.

I think, I found the solution for code 80070002 on installation of KB4499164 (MsSpellCheckingFacility.exe [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)
1. I apply PeterJ fix for MsSpellCheckingFacility.exe from post Machine 1: KB4499164 failed with 80070002 on WS 2008R2 Standard SP1 x64
2. Run SURT to finish fix
3. Got amd64_microsoft-windows-i..etexplorer-optional_31bf3856ad364e35_11.2.9600.19002_none_7b373ce5c2b4b4b7\iexplore.exe [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND] error
4. By advice of niemiro in private message I try to install KB4103768 with success.
5. Try to install KB4499164 with windows update - SUCCESS!
476934769447695

Why KB4103768? So, niemiro researched like that:
windows build "9600.19002" - Google Search
--> Wiki
--> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4103768/cumulative-security-update-for-internet-explorer/
--> Microsoft Update Catalog

So, I have 3 or so servers with exact that issue, and now I have full solution for that!

Thanks a lot for PeterJ and niemiro (and whole forum) for help!
