I really hate it when authors don't provide a reference to the source!
I checked the O.G. (Official Gazette) but that had patents published, no list of published applications. I finally located a list of 111 patent applications that were published last week and located United States Patent Application: 0120143693, Targeting Advertisements Based on Emotion
