I can’t help but think this is all related to a bad Windows Update that's preventing all supplementary update/installs. Can anyone please help guide me through? I've been trying for a couple of months now. Essentially all I want is to be able to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
- Computer has been running noticeably slower lately
- Tried running TronScript (it worked for me before), can’t run because I’m missing Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
- Tried installing .NET Framework 3.5 through Windows Features (it hangs/freeze during installation)
- Tried installing .NET Framework 3.5 through DISM and receive an 0x800f081f error
- Tried installing .NET Framework 3.5 through Windows Features in Safe Mode (0x8007043C error) can’t run in Safe Mode

- Tried running Group Policy Editor, but it says I do not have access even though I am the administrator on the Computer
- When I checked C:Windows\System32, I seem to be missing the Group Policy Folder
