Install latest mouse driver check
Safe Mode boot wont help i tried mouse doesnt lag then but it lags when i start up normal .
Clean Boot also didnt help, mouse lagged as soon as i waited for a while and started up an app.
I used anti malware bytes and scanned no use.
Mouse works perfectly fine when I'm inside any window even the start window that pops up
It works fine even if I go deep into File Explorer
It lags only in the desktop
Sorry for the late reply but I was using my phone to see and reply till now. I got fed up and Finally reset my laptop the mouse lag issue has been solved.:thumbsup2:
