Make sure and run the DISM/Online/Cleanup-Image/RestoreHealth first.
Then run the sfc /scannow second.
Make sure to be in an elevated command prompt. Click start, type cmd, hit Ctrl+Shift+Enter.

The first image, explorer error.jpg shows the default program is not set for Internet Explorer. The second I'm not yet sure about but some service could be turned off. it could be MS is trying to force you to use Edge browser. If you click start, type edge, what happens?
