Odd Win11 update/component situation

Hi,

my system:

win 11 24H2 10.0.26100.3037
this was an upgrade from 23H2 via windows update few months back


issues:

it's an odd mix...windows update itself APPEARS to work mostly, but there's clearly something wrong here
SFC and MOST DISM cmds return no problems, but /StartComponentCleanup does fail with the 1726/RPC error at ~5%
this causes a process dump for TiWorker.exe every time

other thing noticed was the "WaaSMedicSvc" has that <Failed to Read Description. Error Code: 2 >on it
