Hyper-V Host (Physical) -> VirtualBox Host (VM) -> existing VirtualBox VMs
Nesting your VirtualBox host in Hyper-V might be slow, but you would only have to create one new machine.

You can turn Hyper-V off and on, this should work as long as you don't need to run VirtualBox and Hyper-V VMs simultaneously.

I would think you'd want to copy the boot configuration as in the page above so that you can choose one or the other: bcdedit /copy {current} /d "Windows 8 no Hyper-V"
