pc freeze while playing games and need restart

Also, please run this: Open an elevated command prompt, in this prompt type chkdsk /r and enter. You'll receive a message telling you it can't run and can it run at the next startup. Hit Y and enter and reboot, let it run. Note any errors and let us know, please.

I'm now looking into this from the logs.

i play GTA V from epic games. i write this in command prompt and rebooted the pc.
UPDATE: yesterday i remove my 24pin cable and reconnect it. after that i tried to play GTA V and i dont have freezing, but im sure the freezing will come back again
 
Hello. The pc freeze again on another game (City car driving) when i alt+tab pc freeze and need forced restart. UPDATE: before when i was playing without problems my pc have extra noise from the psu fan
 
Try the latest version of the graphic card driver if you're already using the latest version, try previous version of the driver hopefully it's buggy driver.
 
i forgot to say something. before 4 or 5 months my pc has BSOD whea uncorrectable error and somehow the BSOD stopped. also i have some errors on event viewer

im think i found it. when im in the game ssd goes to 100% and freeze.
