Pc freezing/reboot

i need help since a few days my pc freezing or reboots when i watch twitch streams or playing games

Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 Dual 12G

when i start the app error the processor detected is not supported. AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-core processor
