Hi Thanks in advance all your help/advice

A brief description of your problem (but you can also include the steps you tried):

My mums PC has been unstable, few times system when reset, it will alert an issue has occurred and run a system check. She also cannot launch Solitaire Collection from Microsoft Games, opens and closes - have tried doing an app reset and app uninstall but still persists. Also having issues with windows update, for the update “2022-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5013942)” I get “Download error - 0x800736b3”. Posted a thread in Window Updates, and was recommended to raise a post here first.
  • In an attempt to overcome the update problem, I ran a windows reset, but that failed to say something went wrong
  • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth gives a error 2 “the system cannot find the file specified”
  • Ran sfc /scannow and it states “Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.” - CBS Files are at ExpireBox | CBS.zip - Free File Sharing
  • Have run Malware Bytes - no malware detected
  • Attached is the SysnativeFileCollectionApp files. Note, I could not run it under my mums ID, get an error so created a new local user to execute this (Error Below)
There is a problem with the Environement variables on this system.
Unable to determine the location of the Documents or Desktop folders.
