Please help me! I am getting the BAD_POOL_HEADER error very often.
· OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? Windows 8.1
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64 bit
· What was original installed OS on system? Windows 7 Home Premium
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Full Retail Version
· Age of system (hardware) Roughly 4 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? <1 year
· CPU = AMD Athlon II X2 240 dual core processor
· Video Card = ATI Radeon HD 4250 graphics
· MotherBoard - Acer Veriton M430
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) Not sure
· System Manufacturer Acer
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) AM3400-B2082
· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop
I've also attached the output of the BSOD dump and the perfmon report.
