Hey guys. Power went out for a moment while I was using the computer the other day and then I got a BSOD when I turned the computer back on. I don't have any system restore points or backups and I tried startup repair, sfc, chkdsk, and dism is also failing with error code 2. I can run a scanhealth check just fine on my new current C:\ windows installation that I made just to get a windows install back up, but my old D:\ installation is failing:
E:\>dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.19041.3636

Image Version: 10.0.19045.5608

[==========================100.0%==========================] No component store corruption detected.
The operation completed successfully.

E:\>dism /Image:D:\ /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.19041.3636

Error: 2

An initialization error occurred.
For more information, review the log file.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

I am assuming I have corrupt registry with messages in the log like "Offline Registry: PID=16420 TID=16636 Hive is not mounted at HKLM\{bf1a281b-ad7b-4476-ac95-f47682990ce7}D:/Windows/system32/config/SOFTWARE. - CRegistryMapping::Init" but this is pretty new to me. I even tried some tutorial about checking for a registry backup but found that I have none and Microsoft had turned that feature off by default long ago. Anything else I can try?
