Problem IIS Web Server role (0x80073701) installing [Windows Server 2019 Standard

Hello.

I am having trouble adding new features for IIS Web Server. I've attached the files requested.

I've tried uninstalling both KB5001342 and KB5036896 with command"wusa /uninstall /kb" and I get a pop up saying the aren't installed. When trying to install KB5036896 Y get a not compatible pop up. I haven't tried installing KB5001342 due to not being able to find it.
