Problem IIS Web Server role (0x80073701) installing [Windows Server 2019]

Hi.

I have a problem installing the IIS Web Server role on Windows Server 2019 [Version 10.0.17763.6414], I get error 0x80073701.

It seems that the cause is KB4592440.

I am attaching the CBS, ComponentsScanner and SearchReg files (for KB4592440).

Please generate a fixlog file for FRST.
