No the people that I bought the Tablet from is Jexxa, and they dont respond to emails etc. I t was a mistake to have bought from them but you live and learn. Ithink it may be a case of buying a new SSD. I have managed to get the case off which was stuck on, but the SSD dont look that easy to get out.
