Hi jcgriff2 I dont know the make or model of the tablet, as you may have seen there's no more windows 7 on the site. I'm going to give them a call tommorow, but I'm not that confident that they will offer much assistance. I think that they just import from China sell them and well tough if it packs up, and this tablet cost 475£. I have since got the ipad I think I got this tablet because it was running 7, but compared to the ipad not very well. This JM Loader seems to be an issue with SSD's it looks as though you have to replace the SSD should you be fortunate enough to get this loader pop up in the bios. I thank you once again for your assistance and patience. I'l let you know how I get on with Jexaa or not as the case maybe. Nick
