Buen día.
Desde hace unas semanas, el sistema no me deja ver el procesador y RAM disponible y le hice caso omiso, pero durante esos días, mi computadora se ha vuelto lenta. Buscó como solucionarla pero no encontró nada viable; les agradecería mucho si me ayudaran. Gracias

What steps have you undertaken to troubleshoot this?
 
To elaborate on @x BlueRobot 's question, have you tried the steps below? If not, do so please.

Open an elevated command prompt:

Search for command - Right-click on it and choose open as Administrator.

Once the Window opens.

Copy and paste this into it and hit enter and let it run.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

Once that is finished, in the same window, copy and paste this into it and hit enter, and let it run.
Sfc /Scannow

If this scan comes back with errors run it again and let us know what it says.
