Random Shutdowns no bsod

win 11 I'm having shutdown problems-before it was continuous boot-loo9p issue. Using SFC, DISM, win Defender & offline, not shows up. Error box on event viewer shows FastSRV.exe codes & issues. Not sure if this is only problem...

The Speecy won't continue the last 2 dialog boxes for some reason-did snapshot but when attempting t6o go back & redo-all grayed-out.

Reinstalling Windows 11 has unfortunately erased all the useful problem determination data and dumps from your boot-loop issue, so we have no way of determining what went on there unless it happens again. How did the boot loop issue manifest itself? Was it BSODing during boot or doing something else?

What do you actually mean by "having shutdown problems"? Do you mean that it won't shutdown properly or do you mean that it shuts down unexpectedly whilst you're working? If the latter, does it shutdown and reboot or does it just power off?

We really need a lot more details on how it's failing, under what conditions it's failing, and what else you have tried to do to fix it.

I can see that ASRock's website for your board offers Norton 360 for Gamers, do you have that installed? What security tools do you have installed?

The post above from @ET_Explorer highlights devices that are missing drivers. When you installed Windows 11 from where did you source all the drivers?

a) No bsod. Started both the loop process & shut down before re install-frankly I was surprised after RI that it had started again around a day later. It just happens suddenly-seems like a 'warm-up' period takes place within a 90-minute period, or so-like things are ok until there're not.
b) Yeah-sudden restart, while I'm logged in. Stays after logged in for a time- then reboots a few minutes later-then repeat with shorter logged-in times until it's back-to back reboots. Aways reboots.
c) Not aware any loads-or behavior of mine-just page news items, email, craigslist list site-stuff like that.
d) Aside from RE, tried run just Defender including offline-ms scanner-esset one time scanner, also many times SFC; s & dism and /f some would fine some 'corrupted files'...sometimes not. Weird.
I don't DL Norton anything as far as I know. Defender-and do run online scanners periodically.
e) No. May be a problem too, huh? There were no indications of missing anything in DM. So I assumed the reinstall process immediately added update from ms & checked drivers...
f) I know you didn't ask, but the SFO & dism reports kept referring to 'CBS' logs for file & location info, so I am sending that.

DxDiagx86 shows problems with windows error reporting in a software dealing with optimizing the computer.

FastSRV.exe., microsoft is totally against this because it cleans out the registry and cleans the disk. Perhaps, probably is the reason why you are having those shutdowns. This optimizer should be uninstalled from your computer.
 
Ok. well, I'm not sure about the steps to purge these tools or files. I re install & not long after have this issue.
On another front-I wound-up going to intel sites to find missing drivers. Intel's site page (at first) was a chipset category & I proceed to take steps for a scan-found myself on their driver DL site page with scanning option. after scanning 2 items came up for install. Here:

----->...What I'm not quite getting is does this cover the PCI issues entirely? Bluetooth also? Huh? Anyway, DM shows everything fine-no yellow indicators-weren't' before either but had an expanded window segregating each PCI issue. Normal? May mean nothing. The pc still shuts down randomly...
Can you help me still with this please, Thank You...another install I think is O.O.T.Q... Next try after this site here would be a $hop.
 
Other things that causes shutdowns and boot loops:
corrupted files, or connection problems on the hard drive or ssd or motherboard.
overheating or has issues with the power supply, hardware, or software components.
Overheating causes: Dust in case including fans, psu, problems with cpu via thermal paste(may need to reapply thermal paste).

You need to install revo uninstaller free to remove the fast.exe optimizer or use the windows built-in uninstaller: In windows search > type in control panel click on it > Program and Features > Find the software (fast.exe) and uninstall.
 
No indication of fast.exe in any of that to check-off. Only event viewer comes up with that. %SystemRoot%\System32\Winevt\Logs\System.evtx is another warning and/or error there.
 
Event Viewer System shows several errors and warnings regarding DistributedCOM 10016

The DCOM or DistributedCOM Event ID 10016 error code gets generated when an application or program tries to access the DCOM server or issues requests without sufficient permissions.
