a) No bsod. Started both the loop process & shut down before re install-frankly I was surprised after RI that it had started again around a day later. It just happens suddenly-seems like a 'warm-up' period takes place within a 90-minute period, or so-like things are ok until there're not.
b) Yeah-sudden restart, while I'm logged in. Stays after logged in for a time- then reboots a few minutes later-then repeat with shorter logged-in times until it's back-to back reboots. Aways reboots.
c) Not aware any loads-or behavior of mine-just page news items, email, craigslist list site-stuff like that.
d) Aside from RE, tried run just Defender including offline-ms scanner-esset one time scanner, also many times SFC; s & dism and /f some would fine some 'corrupted files'...sometimes not. Weird.
I don't DL Norton anything as far as I know. Defender-and do run online scanners periodically.
e) No. May be a problem too, huh? There were no indications of missing anything in DM. So I assumed the reinstall process immediately added update from ms & checked drivers...
f) I know you didn't ask, but the SFO & dism reports kept referring to 'CBS' logs for file & location info, so I am sending that.
