I am thinking I got a virus/malware,  but nothing shows up with any scanner.    I want to re install the whole system.   The DVD cannot find original C: drive,  even if bios shows it is there on boot.

Install does not / can not create a boot partition on any other drives.  The original C: drive has a 100 meg partition for windows 7,  not sure why,  but I can not fix, find, format, fdisk or any other way to make a drive valid for setup/install.  please explain what I need to do, or why it is happening.  I have tried to use the system tools "advanced" feature to re-install windows 7  It didn't work either.
