Server 2012 R2 Patch getting Rollback

Hi Team-

we are trying to install cumulative patch one of servers which is getting failed, but other patch like IE and .net & service stack is getting installed. upon checking we have found below error on CBS log, i have run dism and sfc but still getting the issue.
