Server 2016 fail to install KB5044293

Hi

I running windows update issues on a Windows server 2016 VM.

I run SFC command that ended successfully but issue still present :
DISM Fails with error 0x800f0966

I uploaded in attachment CBS and Components scanner result.

If anything missing that could help feel free to ask.

I would be greatfull if you can help to point where the issue in order sort out it
