Server 2016 Updates Failing (CSI Manifest Corrupt)

Hi There.

I am trying to install updates but i get errors.

I have run Sfc and Dism repairs and i am also getting errors.

i have found this file to be corrupt:
x86_microsoft-windows-font-fms.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.14393.3143_ja-jp_4af6e77566249c07
Repair failed: Missing replacement manifest.

Please can you assist me.
