Server 2019 can't update with error 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING

We have a Windows Server 2019 that can't update and receives the following error: 0x80073701

Attached you find the current CBS logs as well as the ComponentsScanner.txt

I've found the following two erros in CBS log:

Could you please help me with the missing assemblies?
