Server 2019 - KB5050008 fails with error 0x8007371b

We had a UPS failure that caused our storage array to cycle off and on several times a couple weeks ago. I'm blaming it for the fact that several servers have had updates fail with various errors.

This one is Windows Server 2019.
The error is 0x8007371b

Neither SFC /scannow or DISM .../RestoreHealth found any problems to repair.

I'm attaching the CBS logs and ComponentsScanner.txt files.
