Server 2019 [TYIR] - DISM reports "The source files could not be found"

Hi,

This is a post for a different server to my previous thread.

I've run the following commands before trying SFCFix and here's the results:

sfc /scannow

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Error: 0x800f081f
The source files could not be found.

I have attached the relevant files as per the posting instructions.
