Server 2019 - Update error 0x800703f1

Hey guys,
I'm having a problem with Windows Update. For example KB5050008: It fails with errorcode 0x800703f1.
Here is what I tried:
- sfc /scannow (no corruptions found)
- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth (no corruptions found)
- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (sucessful)
- ComponentsScanner (no errors found)

Does anyone know what could be the problem?
