Server 2019 updates failed (0x8007371b)

Hello,
Another server failed updates this month.
I found these in the logs:
0x8007371b " ERROR_SXS_TRANSACTION_CLOSURE_INCOMPLETE"
00000102 Changelist winner missing files - Microsoft-Windows-XPSReachViewer, version 10.0.17763.1, arch Host= amd64 Guest= x86, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}[l:25]'xpsrchvw.exe,xpsrchvw.xml'

Hello,

Is there anything further I need to try or collect?
There has been another 2019 server unable to update now.

I start another thread with that one if needed, but I am becoming concerned that this is happening.
If there are any tips, or tools available that will help with this, I would be grateful for any assistance.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
  • Please copy this file to your desktop.
  • Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
  • If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.
