Server 2022 - Cumulative KB5034129 fails (Error: 0x80073701)

Attempt to go from patch level KB5033118(Dec 2023) -> KB5034129(Jan 2024)


It's possible to reinstall "KB5033118(Dec 2023)", but any cumulative updates past this seem to fail.
Other windows updates seem to work.

The included CBS log shows the result of "SFC", "RestoreHealth", and then an attempt to install "KB5034129(Jan 2024)".


If I can get January 2024 working, the rest will probably work.
