Hi,
I have several servers (though only a few out of hundreds) with the same issue - installing KB5048654 fails with the error code 0x80070005 shown on the Windows Update window, and 0x8024200B shown in the event log.
Same issue occurs when trying to install the patch manually.
Following has been performed during troubleshooting:
ComponentsScanner.txt and CBS.zip attached as requested in the Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions
Any advice or assistance would be much appreciated.

- Windows Update reset
- New local administrative account (using a domain account with local administrative privileges)
- sfc /scannow
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (and other dism variants)
- Varous other solutions from Google
