sfc can't fix corruption, dism takes forever, and ISO's don't work

I'm using a Windows 11 home laptop, and it's extremely screwed up. I tried running SFCFix for SFC when it reported corruption, but it gave me the following:
SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.

Microsoft Windows 10 Build 22621 - amd64 (I'm running 22h2, Windows 11)
Not using a script file.

Also, I tried clean installing earlier (I don't have a USB or a DVD at all, and the installation failed for some bs reason), and I don't have time to wait for DISM.
