SFC + DISM issues after Debloating Windows 11 Pro.

All I'm trying to do is do an in-place upgrade or something to reinstall my Windows 11 so I can continue receiving updates. I've done a fresh install before but it's so difficult restoring all my files individually using the System Image, so I'm looking for help with just repairing my current installation of Windows 11 Pro.
I had debloated the system when I initially received it and I guess it gutted all the important telemetry or whatnot for upkeep. So I'm looking for assistance in restoring it back to normal.

Running "sfc /scannow" in a normal boot always produces "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service", regardless if "wuauserv", "BITS", "cryptsvc", or "TrustedInstaller" are active. However, in the Windows Recovery Environment, "sfc /scannow" appears to work. The command "sfc /scannow /offbootdir C:\ /offwindir=C:\Windows" also appears to work but it tells me to reboot my computer and run "sfc" again - which I can't figure out for the life of me how to reboot directly into WinRE.
Running "DISM", especially if it's with "/Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" produces an error 127 or an 87(? I don't remember the exact number). I've tried replacing DISM files (.exe and .dll) from a Windows 11 .iso but that doesn't seem to fix that at all.

Please let me know if you need any other information from me and please help! I've been battling this issue for over a year now and would love some extra input.
Thank you so much in advance!

Hi @theuser64,

Welcome to Sysnative Forums!

If you haven't already, please review the posting instructions here, and attach the requested log files. Without log files, our helpers will not be able to assist, and this will slow down fixing your machine.

If logs have been already been provided, our team of volunteers will analyse the provided log files to build a fix for your system. Please be aware that this may take several days from your initial post, due to the high volume of threads that we receive.

I've also attempted to use the Windows Update Troubleshooter and my results from it are: "Checked for Windows Update issues - Detected", "Some security settings are missing or have been changed - Fixed", "Service registration is missing or corrupt - Fixed". Running the .msu for the update does not look like it works and neither does using the specific Window Update tab in Settings either, with download error 0x8007007f appearing for both KB4023057 and KB5044285.
