SFC Errors

Hello,

I am having several issues with a server VM. It seems installing .Net Framework 4.7.2 manually with KB is not updating windows registry. So when I run software upgrade for specific program, it does not detect 4.7.2. I ran SFC /Scannow and it located corrupt files but was unable to fix some. I have attached a copy of cbs.log file. Hope to get some assistance as it would be very difficult to clean install Windows for this server. I do have other issues with this server. It BSOD's after every reboot unless I disable driver signature check. I have several unsigned drivers. Haven't been able to find out which one is causing BSOD. Not sure if these issues are related. I included snapshot of sigverif output.
