Should I use STARTUP & REPAIR even if my (Vista) PC is running fine? It's very slow for the first 20 minutes upon bootup and then seems to run better, but certainly not as good as when new. Can STARTUP & REPAIR speed things up or can that only be done when using a system restore? And if I do a system restore what is the best way to put on all the service packs and weekly Windows updates?
