Two DC can't install KB5046616

Hello,

I've two Windows Server 2022 (DC) which are not able to install KB5046616. I get the error 0x8007000d.
What I've done till now:
- disable virusscan
- delete SoftwareDistribution
- delete Catroot2
- restart Server
- download KB directly from MS catalog
- scf scan

nothing helps.
To set up new two DC would be very nasty.
That's why I wrote this thread.

Here is the cbs.log and the components file from one server, maybe someone can find what the problem is
