Hello,

Zip all files in the folder C:\Windows\Logs\CBS and attach it to your next reply.
If the file is too big to upload please upload via a service such as Gofile or WeTransfer and just provide the download link.

Restart the machine.
Check Windows Update but do not install any updates yet.
Provide a screenshot of the available important updates first.

Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log.
  1. Download SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x64)
  2. Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes).
  3. On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log.
  4. Attach this log to your next reply.
Alternatively, if these instructions are unclear for you, you can follow the tutorial below.

How long do I have to wait if it is still "initializing". You can't stop without restarting Windows... I don't know if some people in this situation leave their computer on most of the day, and sometimes they end up with some error.

Hard to tell. It can depend on the available free resources, cpu load and it may stuck if there are other issues. How long did you wait the last time.
Close as many unneeded programs and let the machine do its job. Wait at least 2-3 hours.

The log looks clean.
Try to install the update Security Update for CAPICOM (KB931906) and report the result.

Odd but proceed and remove it anyway.
Restart the machine.
Check Windows Update again but do not install any updates yet.
Provide a screenshot of the available important updates first.

Attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your next reply.

Remove Update Manually
  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt.
  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.
    wusa /uninstall /KB:3191566
  4. Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors.
