Unable to Install Update KB5046616 on Windows Server 2022 - Error 0x8007000d

Hello,
We are having problems updating our 2022 servers via WSUS.

They are blocking the update with the error code: 0x8007000d

All the VMs come from a SYSPREP image

Here are the requested log files.
