[SOLVED] Unable to Update Windows 11 - error code 0x800703f1

Good evening,


I've been unable to update Windows on my computer for the past few months. I've tried reinstalling my current version (23H2) through Windows Update but that failed repeatedly, giving the same error code (0x800703f1).

This isn't much of a problem in itself but I've also been unable to update my graphics card drivers. The AMD software I used trying to update them points to a components registry corruption.

You'll find attached to this post the files requested.
